Our Experiment About Eggs

I thought that this experiment was interesting and fun. I learnt that when a egg is dropped into a jar of water and vinegar it dissolves and the outer membrane (shell) becomes soft, brown and slightly gooey. It was also weirdly intriguing to see it peel away and float to the top.
