Procedural Writing

WALT: write a Procedural writing.
How to make a sponge cake!

4 eggs
3/4 Cup Chelsea White Sugar
1 Tbsp flour in cup. Fill up rest of cup with cornflour
2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp boiling water


The first thing that you do is separate the egg yolk from the egg white.  You need to make sure that you don't drop any yolk into the bowl.  Secondly, you have to add the sugar to the egg white and whip it until it looks like it is standing.  After that, pour the egg yolk into the egg white and whip it very well again.  Then you have to add the cornflour and baking powder together and join it to the egg mixture.   You need to make sure that you fold it gently instead of whisking and whipping. Once all your ingredients are combined, pour it into your cake tin ready to cook.  Put  it into the oven to cook for 25mins.
