Whipping And Whipping

Let me tell you about our technology on friday, it was all I could think about once I entered the  room. Cooking, cooking, cooking was all that was going through my mind.

First Whaea Meri call us all down to room 1 we all raises down because we all were so excited to cook a sponge cake. Then Whaea Meri shows us how to separate the yolk from the white egg.

Next we all went to wash our hands before we start doing the separate of the yolk. Next Kohuroa show us how to separate the yolk from the white egg.

Next Whaea Meri told everyone to came and stand next to our table so she could show  everyone what the white egg yolk looks like we were whipping and whipping forever, it felt like my arms were gonna fall off, so I gave Hanita a turn then he started to whip & whip antall it went fully, so we show Whaea Meri aur mixing then she showed the hall class.

Afterward we added the yolk to the white egg and mixes it up until it was ready to go into the aven ready to cook. After we clean our table made sore that it was tied, then we put the cake into the aven to cook.
